Description. See the description of this "race" at Tolkien Gateway. Half-elves are very rare in Middle Earth (only three such unions are recorded), but there are many humans with traces of Elven blood.
To play such a character, simply choose Human and add some physical descriptors of Elven origin (or vice-versa).
